Our Founder
Esther Nzenza

I wish I could tell you that my career to date had been a series of well planned, effortlessly executed deliberate steps, culminating in where I am today. But of course life is rarely like that, and I don’t recall a lot of discussion of the pharmaceutical industry, let alone the many fascinating disciplines, specialisms and roles it's made up of, when studying at University. I came into the industry due to an accidental confluence of my sales skills (honed in 1990s telesales – a story for another time) and my passion for life sciences after graduating top of my class and being utterly unsure of what to do next.
 
I have enjoyed every moment of the almost 25 years that have passed since that chance encounter, on a career journey that has woven through Sales, Marketing, Health Economics, Market Access, Pricing and General Management. I have met incredible people, and been part of revolutionary teams. Together we’ve faced huge opportunities to make a difference and tackled a myriad of challenges. I’ve had the opportunity to work and travel around the world, scaling my knowledge and experience from Country to Global with an ever evolving scope of responsibilities.
 
Along that journey I’ve also been fortunate enough to have a family, and now have 3 young children who have taught me more about life, love and multitasking than I could ever have imagined.
 
In founding Decisive Consulting I set out to harness the best of what I'd learned on my own journey so far by building an incredible network of multi-skilled, experienced professionals with an insatiable appetite for learning new things. Building bespoke, effective teams to meet the needs of individual businesses we bring curiosity, capability, capacity and courage to the moments where we can make the greatest difference for your organisation.
